This is a Circuit workout. Complete all the exercises before taking a break. Complete four rounds of circuits.
Beginners - do as many exercises as you can before taking a break. Goal is to get through one round without taking a break
Intermediate - Get through two rounds without taking a break in between exercises. Goal is to push yourself to complete as many rounds without breaks in between exercises.
Advanced/ D1 Athletes - Should be able to complete all four rounds without taking breaks in between exercises. Goal push yourself to go faster but keep good form.
